U-Box, part of U-Haul's dynamic Shipping division, is looking for dedicated, growth-oriented individuals to join us as Shipping Operations Support. This role oversees the clerical, organizational, and support tasks within U-Box's Shipping department. Responsibilities include updating and maintaining critical data in U-Haul's and transport partner's systems. Duties Include:

• Learning the U-Box supply chain logistical model.
• Interacting with U-Haul field personnel and customers via phone and email.
• Updating, correcting, and maintaining shipment data used by U-Haul locations and UHI.
• Facilitating billing processes for the U-Haul customer network.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word.
• Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Confident and independent in decision making.
• Great attitude and true professionalism.
