Maintenance Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts for maintenance, lawn care, snow removal, and enhancement services.
- Conduct regular site visits to client properties to assess quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain strong client relationships, aiming for a client retention rate of at least 90% year over year.
- Communicate effectively with clients and the Operations Manager, ensuring timely responses to calls and emails.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure timely and proper completion of work.
- Demonstrate respect, collaboration, and support for team members.
- Embody company core values.
- Be a key member of the leadership team as the company expands.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in landscape maintenance and snow removal.
- Ability to operate commercial landscape maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of proper pruning techniques and common plant materials.
- Full range of mobility in upper and lower body; able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to drive and back up a truck and trailer.
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License and insurability to drive company vehicles.
- Proficient in using smartphones and computers with relevant applications.
- Strong communication skills in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Desire to learn and grow professionally and personally.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, with Saturdays as needed, and on-call during winter months.
Compensation
$60,000 - $75,000 annually
