Executive Chef 2

Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a Executive Chef 2 for the South Dakota School of Mines located in Rapid City, South Dakota . This Executive Chef will manage the campus culinary program for the campus and catering. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. What You'll Do Manage the daily pastry production including production planning and control Be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting Ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented Have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations Ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance Have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
