We are a 2 Location Private Practice Called Happy Sapiens Dental.
The Location addresses are 26219 I-45 North, The Woodlands, TX 77380 and the other location is at 32030 Decker Prairie Road, Pinehurst, TX, 77362.
The team member will have to travel between the locations as need be.
- Scheduling appointments, Phones.
- Collecting money, Cash, Credit cards.
- Insurance Verification, Checking dental procedures history, assignment of patients to the office.
- Presenting Treatment Estimations, Getting patient signatures on forms.
- Participate in conversations with the Billing Team.
- Experience in dentistry is helpful. Dental Assistants are welcome to apply.
- May have to travel between the locations to cover for other team members.
- Please make sure to calculate travel time to both locations from your home.
- Generally we would like to station the person in one location.
- Should be good at basic math including percentage calculations.
