Level 2 Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Float

The Level II Registered Nurse is accountable for the provision of competent care based on established standards. This role involves clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and research and evidence-based practice. The Level II Registered Nurse assumes an expanded role, which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities. A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and supporting the nursing team is essential. The nurse will work on a rotating shift schedule and will be expected to fulfill weekend and holiday requirements as necessary.
