Harbor Logistics is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to join our growing team in Charleston, SC. This is an individual contributor role focused on expanding our enterprise customer base by developing and closing integrated logistics solutions across warehousing, brokerage, and port drayage services. This position is ideal for a strategic “hunter” who thrives on building new relationships, uncovering opportunities, and delivering tailored, value-driven logistics solutions. Key Responsibilities Proactively prospect and build a robust pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities across warehousing, port drayage, and truckload brokerage Drive new business acquisition through a strong hunter mentality, while identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts Generate profitable revenue growth through strategic account development Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including beneficial cargo owners (BCOs) Develop a deep understanding of customer operations, challenges, and goals to deliver customized logistics solutions Establish long‑term, partnership-focused relationships grounded in trust and performance Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets Clearly articulate Harbor’s value proposition and logistics capabilities to align with customer needs Lead solution-based sales conversations that position Harbor as a trusted partner Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment Partner closely with operations, pricing, finance, customer service, and executive leadership to ensure seamless onboarding and execution Align sales strategies with company objectives, market trends, and growth initiatives Reporting & Performance Management Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and account updates within CRM systems Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline health, and market insights Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field Proven success in enterprise sales or business development within logistics (warehousing, port drayage, and/or truckload brokerage) Existing relationships with BCOs strongly preferred Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to operate independently Experience with CRM platforms and logistics technologies Willingness to travel as needed Why Harbor?
