The Phoenix Psychotherapy Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a fully remote setting, focusing on children and families affected by substance use in a detox facility environment. This full-time position offers competitive annual compensation ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, along with a robust benefits package. Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing for flexibility while you provide essential services to families within our Detox Center. You will be part of a collaborative team that focuses on early intervention services. Our approach integrates evidence-based practices with the unique needs of each family. Using virtual tools and methodologies, you'll maintain communication with families and coordinate with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each case.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children and families affected by substance use disorders to determine the needs of each child.
\n
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to address specific developmental concerns.
\n
• Monitor progress closely and document outcomes, working collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams.
\n
• Provide families with education, skills, and resources to enhance their children's developmental trajectories.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model and natural environment learning strategies to facilitate family engagement and child development.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations concerning children’s services.
\n
• Establish and maintain supportive relationships with children and their families to foster trust and collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of your work will be on children in early intervention programs aged birth to three years who are experiencing developmental delays or disabilities, particularly in the context of families affected by substance use. You will engage with these families, providing critical support and interventions aimed at enhancing children's developmental outcomes and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Licensure from the State Department of Public Health; LCSW certification is a strict requirement.

• A valid driver’s license is essential.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in adapting treatment approaches to suit various learning styles and individual needs.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of direct experience working in early intervention services with children impacted by substance use in their families.
