Our client, a leading organization in facilities management, is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team. As a Facilities Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Management department supporting operational excellence and workplace safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Manage daily facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and life safety systems for specific functions.

Coordinate and oversee facility work orders through the CMMS system, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption.

Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions or improvements to maintain safety and operational standards.

Support capital improvement projects by coordinating contractors and tracking project progress.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of all workspaces, including offices, conference rooms, and common areas.

3–5 years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or maintenance leadership.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.

Experience coordinating contractors and service vendors.

Familiarity with OSHA standards, building codes, and compliance requirements.

Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
