Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health status and needs, utilizing evidence-based evaluations and screening tools.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals, strategies, and anticipated outcomes, tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions and group therapy as needed, equipping clients with coping strategies and skills to navigate daily challenges and nurture their mental health.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care providers, when referral or additional support is needed to ensure holistic care.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress thoroughly in our EHR system, adhering to confidentiality and professional conduct standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele exhibiting a range of mental health conditions, which requires a profound understanding of various therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches. You will engage with clients who may be struggling with substance abuse issues, depression, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders, among others. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities and a thorough understanding of various mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
