Bookkeeper Intern

Job Description The PAM Firm is currently seeking a part-time Bookkeeper Intern for a 3-month internship that will provide academic credits and/or a stipend after completion. Intern Responsibilities Skilled Bookkeeper to work closely with managing owner Primarily tasks will include maintenance of company files, processing transactions, preparing invoices for billing, making General Ledger entries, participating in month-end and annual close The Bookkeeper will record financial data into general ledgers which are used to produce the balance sheet and income statement Qualifications Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field Should have knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP), proficiency in Excel, and experience working with Microsoft You should also possess excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills We will train be open to learning new systems Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr The PAM Firm
