Chief Operating Officer

An established global organization is seeking an accomplished Chief Operating Officer to join its executive leadership team during an exciting period of continued growth and operational evolution. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operating Officer will provide strategic oversight across core operational functions while partnering closely with executive leadership to improve execution, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support sustainable business growth. What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise-wide operations across core business functions to support long-term growth and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that align with business objectives while driving scalability, efficiency, and organizational performance.
• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to establish priorities, improve cross-functional collaboration, and support strategic decision making.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, optimize processes, strengthen operational resilience, and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Oversee business planning, resource allocation, and operational execution to ensure alignment between customer demand, organizational capacity, and financial objectives.
• Build and develop high-performing leadership teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Monitor operational and financial performance through key metrics, partnering with finance to support budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and investment decisions.
• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives and organizational change efforts that strengthen operational capabilities and position the business for sustained success.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. MBA or other advanced business degree preferred.
• Fifteen or more years of progressive operational leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-site operations within technology, advanced manufacturing, industrial, or comparable industries.
• Deep expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and operational planning.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, operational performance, and business metrics.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing leadership teams.
• Outstanding communication, executive presence, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
• Experience leading large-scale operational improvement and organizational transformation initiatives.
