Member Services Specialist

Title: Member Services Specialist Pay: $19–$21 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | In Office If you’re someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and keeping things moving, this could be a great opportunity for you. AMS | Association Management Services NW is looking for a Member Services Specialist to join our team. This position is a great fit for someone with customer service or administrative experience who enjoys being a helpful first point of contact and working with a variety of people throughout the day. You’ll work with homeowners, board members, vendors, and internal teams to answer questions, direct requests, and help make sure things get to the right person. You’ll also assist with a variety of office and administrative tasks, so no two days are exactly the same. What You’ll Do Answer incoming phone calls and emails and provide friendly, professional assistance. Help homeowners, board members, and vendors with general questions and requests. Determine where questions or requests need to go and make sure they reach the appropriate team member. Follow up on requests and help keep items moving. Enter and maintain accurate information in company systems. Process incoming mail and assist with general office responsibilities. Help with scheduling, coordination, and other administrative tasks and projects. Work closely with other team members to provide a positive experience for the communities we serve. What We’re Looking For Previous customer service, administrative, reception, or similar experience. Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly approach. Good organization and attention to detail. Ability to stay on top of multiple tasks and priorities. Comfortable working with phones, email, and computer systems throughout the day. A team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in and help where needed. Someone who is dependable, adaptable, and enjoys helping others. What We Offer $19–$21 per hour, depending on experience.
