Procurement Contracts Specialist

Title- Procurement Contracts Specialist
Duration-6+ MONTHS
- 5+ years of experience related to IT procurement/sourcing and contracts management experience
- Contract experience related to IT, SaaS and hardware contracts is required
- Experience related to SaaS/hardware/licensing work. Understanding of licensing structure, creating a negotiation strategy, and writing contracts.
- Experience redlining contracts (MSA or SOW) related to Terms and conditions coming from overarching MSA
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with high volume of transactional contracts
- Experience supporting a technology organization and partnering with different cross-functional teams to work through contracts (ie. legal, security, vendor partners, etc.).
- Retail technology experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with e-signature tools and spend management tools.
- Four-year undergraduate degree (preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field)
- Background in legal is a plus

- Strong knowledge of procurement, contracting and vendor management principles
