Analyser la situation et l’attente ou le besoin exprimé par le client. Réaliser, si nécessaire, un diagnostic du problème en s’appuyant sur les outils disponibles. Apporter une solution adaptée à la demande du client. Assurer un suivi proactif des demandes via les outils internes. Garantir la qualité de la relation client à chaque étape du traitement. Veiller à la bonne compréhension des demandes et fournir des réponses claires. Identifier les opportunités commerciales au fil des échanges. Contribuer à la satisfaction client par un traitement rigoureux des sollicitations. Participer au bon fonctionnement du Centre dans un environnement structuré et orienté performance. Profil recherché Diplômé(e) d’une école de commerce. Aptitudes commerciales et goût pour la relation client. Bonne aisance orale et excellente expression en français. Sens du contact et du service. Capacité d’adaptation face à des demandes variées. Rigueur dans le traitement des échanges et le suivi des demandes. Aptitude à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et structuré. Savoir concilier qualité de service, écoute client et détection d’opportunités commerciales. Intégrer une banque à taille humaine avec un esprit dynamique et entrepreneurial.
