Accounts Payable Processor

Position Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a fast-paced accounting team supporting high-volume invoice processing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a deadline-driven environment and has strong experience with invoice processing, GL coding, and researching invoice discrepancies. Responsibilities
- Process high-volume, non-PO vendor invoices
- Perform GL coding and route invoices for approval
- Review invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues
- Process invoices accurately and within established deadlines
- Maintain electronic invoice documentation and indexing
- Partner with internal departments to resolve accounts payable questions
- Assist with additional AP projects as needed
- 2+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience
- Experience processing non-PO invoices
- Strong GL coding experience
- AP research and invoice discrepancy resolution experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Coupa or JD Edwards (JDE)
- Experience with electronic invoice indexing or document management systems
