Sr. Human Resources Business PartnerBruker is seeking a seasoned Sr. Human Resources Business Partner to co-lead the people strategy and execution across the region, covering the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. The role supports a diverse workforce of more than 1,200 employees and operates within a complex, matrixed global organization, alongside other business group HR professionals.This is a senior, high-impact role for an HR professional who thrives in complexity, partners closely with business leaders, and brings both strategic perspective and hands-on execution capability. The successful candidate will help shape organizational effectiveness, guide leaders through change, and ensure consistent, compliant HR practices while respecting country-specific needs.ResponsibilitiesKey Relationships:Reports to: Corporate Vice President – Human Resources; based outside Boston, MA, USAOther key relationships: Regional Country and Global Business Management teams, Global and Corporate HR teamsMajor Responsibilities:Lead and execute HR strategies and key initiatives across the Americas region, aligned with global priorities and local requirementsAlign workforce capabilities with business strategy to build a future-ready organizationProvide insights and recommendations on organizational design, talent management, retention, and leadership developmentUse regional and country insight to influence enterprise-level people strategies and drive meaningful changeCollaborate across HR functions (HRBPs, HR Service Delivery, Total Rewards, HRIT, Talent Acquisition, Talent and Organizational Development) to ensure seamless delivery of HR solutionsSupport managers in implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on talent, organization design, workforce planning, M&A integration, and transformation initiativesProvide leadership and guidance on succession planning, leadership development, employee relations, and change managementLead and support organizational change initiatives to adapt to evolving business environmentsFoster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by promoting agile HR practicesProactively consult the business using data-driven insights on HR trends, challenges, and opportunitiesIdentify, implement, and share HR best practices, particularly in locations with limited local HR presenceEnsure compliance with global HR policies and local labor legislationSupport additional strategic initiatives as business needs evolveAct as a role model within the HRBP community within the region, and globallyCollaborate across regions and functions to ensure global alignment of HR practices and policiesContribute to building a strong, integrated HRBP network that delivers strategic value to the businessQualificationsIdeal Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required. Master's degree and/or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, WorldatWork) preferred10+ years of progressive HR experience, including regional responsibilityExperience within a highly matrixed, global, publicly traded organization; Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical Devices, or advanced manufacturing strongly preferred. Collaboration with leaders and teams on a global basis, especially in the EMEA region, is highly preferred.Able to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, to provide insights and recommendationsStrong business acumen, grasping the key drivers, processes, and financial aspects of the business and external industry landscape, to align HR initiatives with business objectivesSuccessful in planning, implementing, and evaluating change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and minimize resistance and disruptionKnowledge of local labor law within the regionStrong leadership presence with exceptional communication and influencing skillsAdvanced business acumen, including strategic thinking, organizational transformation, financial literacy, and analytical problem-solvingComfortable leading through ambiguity, change, and organizational complexityContinuous improvement mindset with a strong bias toward execution and resultsFluency in English required; German and/or Spanish is preferredValid passport and flexibility for occasional domestic and international travelMay be required to pass a security clearance investigationAt Bruker, the base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $97,200.00 and $173,000.00 and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge, and travel requirements for this position.
