Overview Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for a ServiceNow Developer in Columbus, OH. It is a contract position with6 months to start, with strong potential for extension. This position offers benefits! Responsibilities Develop, configure, and support the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules (ITSM, ITAM, Discovery, etc.). Handle day-to-day ServiceNow development and administration tasks. Collaborate with end users to troubleshoot issues and fulfill service requests. Work with business stakeholders to define technical requirements and system goals. Configure SLA definitions, service catalog items, and associated workflows. Maintain system documentation and technical specifications. Requirements Strong understanding of various ServiceNow modules and best practices. Experience with ServiceNow integrations and Performance Analytics. Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities. Enhance key ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery, Asset, and Service Request Fulfillment. Build integrations with external systems using Integration Hub, Service Graph Connectors, or third-party APIs. Design and deliver executive-facing dashboards using Performance Analytics. Develop an automated FedEx integration to retrieve and display shipment tracking information within ServiceNow. #J-18808-Ljbffr ViziRecruiter,LLC.
