Construction Project Manager - High End Residential - Service, Maintenance & Small Works Location: Manhattan, NY (on-site) Job Type: Full-time Salary: $110,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on experience About the Role A well-established high-end residential builder is expanding its Service & Small Works division and is looking for a technically minded Project Manager to lead day-to-day operations. This is a varied, hands-on role managing smaller renovation projects, responsive repairs, and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) across a portfolio of luxury homes throughout Manhattan. Projects typically include bathroom renovations, custom millwork, HVAC upgrades, painting, and similar works valued at under $2 million. You'll also oversee responsive service calls and recurring maintenance programs while building long-term relationships with an established client base. Residential construction & maintenance experience is essential. Luxury residential experience is an advantage but not a requirement. The ideal candidate is technically minded, comfortable assessing and troubleshooting issues on‑site, and able to deliver a professional, client-focused service to discerning homeowners.
