Your Role:

• Engage with clients to uncover their insurance needs and present tailored solutions.
• Deliver polished sales presentations and close deals with confidence.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they see the value of working with you and Farmers Insurance.
• Leverage a steady stream of high-quality leads to maximize your sales.
• Contribute to a dynamic, collaborative team environment.

What Were Looking For:

• A sales superstar with the ability to build relationships and close deals.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but your drive to succeed is what matters most.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license (or willingness to obtain).
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) candidates are encouraged to apply!
