DMC is looking for a Project Coordinator who is ready to learn and energized by solving problems. As part of our team, you'll help keep engineering projects moving forward by supporting key processes, coordinating across teams, and contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Responsibilities:
- Support customer onboarding and review necessary documents (T&Cs, NDAs, Supplier Agreements)
- Manage customer compliance documentation, safety assessments, etc.
- Support with project tasks and processes
- Maintain customer accounts across multiple customer portals and systems
- Coordinate projects and processes across cross-functional teams
- Serve as a point of contact through various communication channels
- Support sales activities by routing leads appropriately
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 3.4 GPA
- 1+ years of professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with account management in CRM and/or ERP systems
- Familiarity with reviewing business documents (terms and conditions, NDAs, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and customer service orientation
- Quick learner who demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to seek guidance when needed
- Effective collaborator cross-functionally and can manage multiple priorities
