Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, diagnosing client conditions, and creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to address specific needs.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, providing both individual and group therapy services that empower clients to achieve measurable goals.

• Prepare detailed session notes and treatment plan updates in adherence to company policies, ensuring accurate documentation for compliance and client care continuity.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse team, including case managers and medical personnel, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients and ensure all treatment aspects are addressed.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to the unique circumstances of each client while promoting a supportive therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with a varied client demographic, including children, adolescents, couples, and families dealing with a spectrum of issues such as relationship stress, trauma, anxiety, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary range for this position is USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
