Contracts Administrator

We are seeking a Data Entry Contract Administrator to manage the integrity of our contract information within the fast-paced HVAC industry. In this role, you will be the backbone of our contract lifecycle, ensuring that every service agreement, equipment location, and amendment is accurately reflected in our systems. Responsibilities

• Input and update contract details, amendments, and renewals into internal databases and spreadsheets.
• Review all documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive legal and financial information.

• Process location updates, service cancellations, and portal requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with monthly maintenance releases and track contract expiration dates to ensure seamless renewals.
• Gather and provide accurate records to support internal audits and business reviews.

• Partner with Strategic Account Managers (SAMs), Finance, and Billing teams to verify contract changes.
• Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies to prevent downstream billing errors.
