Position Summary
\nThe Primary Care Concierge LPN provides direct clinical support to our physicians while delivering a high-touch, concierge-level experience to our members. This role blends traditional LPN clinical duties — rooming patients, administering treatments, and supporting the care team — with the responsiveness, discretion, and personal attention expected in a concierge practice.
\nThe ideal candidate is a clinically sharp, detail-oriented nurse who thrives on building
\nrelationships with a small, dedicated patient panel.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n• Room patients for visits, obtain and document vital signs, chief complaint, and relevant history in the EMR
\n• Assist physicians with exams, procedures, and in-office treatments
\n• Administer medications, injections, infusions, and immunizations per provider orders and LPN scope of practice
\n• Perform basic wound care, point-of-care testing, and specimen collection as directed
\n• Serve as a primary point of contact for members between visits, triaging calls, messages, and portal requests with prompt, personalized follow-up
\n• Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, and specialist appointments, and track results back to the care team
\n• Manage prescription refill requests and prior authorizations in coordination with the provider
\n• Support patient needs consistent with the concierge service model
\n• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with clinic protocols and state nursing regulations
\n• Assist with inventory, supply ordering, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked clinical environment
\n• Uphold strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times
\n \nQualifications & Requirements
\n• Active, unencumbered Florida LPN license in good standing
\n• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
\n• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience in primary care, internal medicine, or a related outpatient setting preferred
\n• Experience with EMR systems and comfort with patient-facing technology and messaging platforms
\n• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm, professional, service-oriented manner
\n• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a small-team environment
\n• Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive patient and member information
\n• Flexibility to accommodate occasional early morning, evening, or on-call needs typical of a concierge practice
