Work Environment\n

This position is designed for remote work, meaning that you can streamline your counseling practices from the comfort of your home while maintaining a strong connection with our clinical team via telehealth tools and communication platforms. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate the evolving needs of patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs through standardized evaluation tools and personal interviews.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that include evidence-based psychological interventions tailored to individual client circumstances.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy in delivering individual, couple, and family sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related fields from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
