Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose: Responsible for providing timely and accurate information to all guests, patients, staff, and physicians.

Responsibilities:

• Greets patients and visitors, provides patient and hospital information and escort services to those in need.
• Provides concierge service regarding the medical center and local area.
• Assists with patient arrivals and departures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: Less than 2 years
• Supervisor Experience: No Experience

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience: 2-5 years
