Job Description:

At Regions, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Executive Recruiting provides full life cycle recruiting for all business units across the footprint within the Bank. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Executive Recruiting will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, as well as planning/coordinating interview and selection procedures. This role is one of the senior members of the Talent Acquisition team (that’s not a part of the management structure) and will lead projects, function as a subject matter expert for all things executive recruiting and assist in mentoring/coaching other Talent Acquisition Partners. To be successful in this role, one should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Executive Recruiting will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Partners with senior leaders and/or the Chief Human Resources Officer to get a clear view of their executive hiring needs
• Coordinates a targeted sourcing strategy utilizing various tools such as, internet, social platforms, internal database and professional networks
• Identifies new and creative ways to source candidates
• Plans interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, in person interviews, and assessments
• Responds and communicates in a timely manner to all candidates, partners and hiring managers
• Assesses candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
• Offers guidance and facilitates the offer process through to its completion
• Assists with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process
• Networks and builds long-lasting candidate/client relationships
• Maintains ongoing personal/professional development
• Maintains awareness of industry trends as they relate to executive recruiting

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.

This is a single incumbent position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field
• Fifteen (15) years of experience in corporate and executive level recruiting
• Proven working experience in recruiting, sourcing, and recruiting project management
• Deep understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to think strategically around process improvement

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Incentive Pay Plans:

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan. Employees are eligible to receive a discretionary award based on individual, business, and/or company performance.Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
