The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, you will engage in the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments with couples, facilitating both joint and individual sessions to address complex family dynamics.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to treat a variety of issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief, and loss, and communication difficulties.

• Work closely with families experiencing conflicts, job stress, and the challenges posed by blended family structures.
\n
• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique values, needs, and goals of each client and their family.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment outcomes, and therapeutic interventions in compliance with industry regulations.

• Collaborate with peers to enhance service delivery and share best practices in family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele includes individuals and families facing significant relational and mental health challenges. You will work with diverse populations, including adults and adolescents, helping them navigate issues such as separation, divorce, grief, and intergenerational conflicts. Our model focuses on holistic treatment, ensuring a comprehensive approach that considers mental, emotional, and social factors impacting our clients' well-being.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• An active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
