POSITION DUTIES

General Purpose: The Neighborhood Revitalization Success Manager provides deep, hands-on support to a focused portfolio of 4-6 ENOUGH implementation communities, leading execution of the all-of-government (AOG) initiative on their behalf—planning and executing on strategies to align state agencies and local partners to provide intensive, wrap-around support tailored to each community’s needs. This is a hybrid position and requires flexibility to report to locations in Annapolis, Baltimore, and other areas of the state as needed. Core Responsibilities Implement an all-of-government strategy for ENOUGH communities by coordinating agencies, funders, and outside partners. Serve as ENOUGH Success Manager for a focused portfolio of 4-6 ENOUGH communities, providing deep, hands-on support. Keep grant implementation on track by catching risks early and ensuring grantees stay accountable to program and compliance requirements. Support the ENOUGH team's evolving needs as new priorities and projects arise. Other Duties as Assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in public policy, preferably in a government or political setting. This experience includes, but is not limited to: Experience defining and managing projects alongside diverse stakeholders who are instrumental to successful delivery Experience in community revitalization, preferably in housing development Note: A master’s degree in public policy may be substituted for up to 3 years of experience.
