About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Growth to take on a senior, hands-on role with a focus on owning the growth function as the business scales its digital consumer platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth and customer acquisition strategy, scaling acquisition across various channels, and owning key metrics such as CAC, LTV, retention, and ROI. This role requires a commercial drive, sharp analytics, and a proven track record in scaling digital businesses. The Head of Growth will also be tasked with designing and managing growth experiments, optimizing marketing budgets, and leading a marketing team, as well as working closely with product and engineering teams to enhance conversion, retention, and player engagement. Applicants for the Head of Growth position at the company should be commercially minded, entrepreneurial, and have a strong background in scaling digital consumer platforms.
