Campus Vet Clinic is looking for a personable and skilled Lead Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! As the primary point of contact at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every client interaction—whether over the phone or in person—results in a positive and memorable impression. Your ability to create a welcoming environment and deliver exceptional service will be key to our success. Salary: $26 – $36 per hour depending on experience and education Schedule: Full-time, four - five shifts per week 6 (average 30-40 hours/week) Location: 1807 Martin Luther King Jr Way, Berkeley, CA 94709 Who We Are: Campus Vet Clinic is a team-focused, fun place to work and care for all the furry friends. Who You Are: If you have a professional, friendly personality and love to help people and their pets, you will fit right in with our Client Service Team! High School Diploma or equivalent required Targeting a Lead CSR with tech experience that can cross train and help the staff CSR grow, and assist with training in the hospital. 1+ years of customer service experience in a veterinary, dental, or medical clinical setting required 1+ years using a Point-of Sale (POS) system preferred Experience processing financial transactions, payment plans, billing and insurance preferred Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures preferred Technologically proficient and comfortable with veterinary or medical record keeping software and other digital communication tools Professional and friendly phone etiquette Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Very detail-oriented Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Ensure a clean, safe and organized work environment Learn more about us at: or: AmeriVet: Veterinary Partner Supporting Your Business At AmeriVet, we’re committed to your growth, development, well-being, and success.
