Shop Administrator

Perform various administrative duties to process shop invoices and maintain shop inventory in an efficient and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Process all invoices and purchase orders for shop materials, equipment and vehicles. Maintain shop inventory. Process all repair orders in a timely manner. Handle all expense records for installations, containers and rolling stock. Answer telephone calls in a courteous and businesslike manner. Assist with Accounts Payable. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of basic computer skills required. Familiarity with JD Edwards AS400 systems desired. Organization and data entry skills. Proficient with I-PAK and/or TMW systems. Physical/Mental Demands Ability to stand, sit, walk, talk, hear and use hands and fingers. Visual Requirements: include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Working Conditions Work in front of computer terminal 90% of the time. Noise level is moderate. Work in indoor office environment 95% of the time.
