Job Description
Earn up to $20,000 in bonuses while providing skilled physical therapy to patients in the comfort of their homes. Open to experienced therapists and new grads!

What We Offer
Up to $20,000 bonus

Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled physical therapy and rehabilitation therapy in patients' homes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
- Document patient care using EMR systems (HCHB)
Qualifications
- Licensed physical therapist in Pennsylvania
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; this role offers opportunities for learning and professional development
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
