Investment Associate

Our client is a leading global growth equity firm investing in high-growth technology companies across software, services, and tech-enabled sectors. The firm partners with category-leading emerging growth companies (across the US & Lat-Am) through minority and majority investments and combines deep sector expertise with an operationally driven approach. The Opportunity The firm is seeking an Associate(s) to join its NYC, Menlo or Miami based team(s). Associates are integral members of lean deal teams gaining hands-on exposure across the full investment lifecycle—from sourcing and diligence to execution and portfolio value creation. The role offers a unique blend of investing, operational engagement, and direct exposure to high-growth technology businesses. What You’ll Do Lead core workstreams in due diligence, including financial modeling, market analysis, and primary research Evaluate and execute new investments across global technology sectors Partner with portfolio companies on strategic and operational initiatives Work closely with senior investors in a flat, high-responsibility environment Who You Are 2–4 years of experience in investment banking or private equity/growth equity, or select consulting backgrounds Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset Demonstrated interest in technology and growth investing Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and low-ego mindset with strong communication skills Why This Role Significant responsibility and direct exposure to decision-makers from day one Proven track record of Associate development and retention Opportunity to invest globally across North America and emerging markets Clear path to take on sourcing and sector ownership over time #J-18808-Ljbffr
