Senior Accountant - Billing & Revenue Support Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support billing and revenue accounting operations during a major integration initiative. This position is responsible for managing customer billing activities, resolving invoice discrepancies, performing reconciliations, and supporting month-end close processes. The ideal candidate has experience in billing, accounts receivable, revenue accounting, or operational accounting within a high-volume transactional environment.

• Manage customer billing activities and ensure invoices are processed accurately and timely.
• Review and resolve invoice exceptions, billing discrepancies, and customer account issues.
• Research transactional issues across multiple systems and identify root causes.
• Perform revenue-related reconciliations and support financial reporting activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to resolve billing questions and disputes.
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support general ledger accounting.
• Analyze transactional data and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Assist with reporting and operational accounting initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with billing, revenue accounting, or accounts receivable.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.
• SAP or ERP system experience preferred.

This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $75.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Dallas,TX.
