Position: Outside Sales, regional territory

Compensation: $100,000 base. Uncapped compensation is based on performance. Base salaries increase as your lifetime sales increase. Their Compensation Plan allows top performers to earn $150K+ within the first 12 months and well beyond that as they progress in their career.
