Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments to identify client needs and establish a personalized treatment plan.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, focusing on relationship dynamics, communication skills, and emotional support.

• Addressing a variety of issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, blended family challenges, and conflicts among family members.

• Providing crisis intervention and support when necessary, ensuring client safety and emotional stability.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment strategies that align with clients' goals.

• Documenting progress and treatment outcomes efficiently in our digital health records system to track client development and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications\n
