Workforce Planning Analyst
As a Workforce Planning Analyst at the GS-0343-14, some of your typical work assignments may include:
- Develops and implements enterprise workforce planning strategies that support current and future mission requirements, workforce readiness, and disaster operations.
- Evaluates workforce trends and recommends strategies to improve workforce readiness, organizational performance, and mission capability.
- Reviews proposed reorganizations, staffing initiatives, and workforce realignments to determine operational impact and resource requirements.
- Serves as the principal advisor on organizational design, workforce structure, staffing allocation, and position management.
- Develops recurring executive reports, workforce dashboards, and performance metrics supporting organizational decision making.
