Work Environment

The role of Licensed Mental Health Counselor is fully remote, providing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home. You will utilize our state-of-the-art telehealth platform to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring seamless communication with clients. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and identify areas for support.
• Create individualized treatment plans that align with clients' unique circumstances and therapeutic goals, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based practices.
• Conduct engaging one-on-one virtual counseling sessions, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques to help clients navigate emotional difficulties.
• Organize and facilitate group therapy sessions, providing a safe environment for shared experiences and shared healing.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress through ongoing assessments, adapting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with our electronic medical records system.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists to deliver holistic care that meets all of our clients’ needs.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and workshops to stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health practices and digital tools.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily serves a wide array of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and stress management. As a licensed counselor, you will be pivotal in addressing the distinct psychological needs of our diverse population, enhancing their quality of life and emotional resilience. Your approach will be tailored to suit clients across various ages and backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent and personalized care.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid and unrestricted state license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in the field of mental health counseling, demonstrating practical application of counseling techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a trusting rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with working in a team-oriented environment where collaboration is key to delivering comprehensive mental health services.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000 yearly, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, employees are eligible for:
