About the Role As a Dental Receptionist, you will play a key role in shaping the patient’s experience from the moment they walk through the door. Efficiently answer incoming calls, ensuring that each patient receives prompt and courteous service. Collect accurate patient data, ensuring that all entries are compliant with privacy laws (HIPAA) and maintains the highest level of confidentiality. Verify and update patient insurance information prior to appointments to ensure accurate billing and coverage.
