As a Scrub Tech, you will play a crucial role in the operating room, ensuring that surgical procedures run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing intraoperative assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the operating room setting and procedures
Following AORN standards and recommended practices for quality services to surgical patients
Ensuring the proper care and handling of surgical instrumentation and power equipment according to AAMI and AORN guidelines
Collaborating with the surgical team to maintain a sterile environment

Requirements for this position include:

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Need 1-3 years operating room scrubbing experience
Experience with AORN Standards and Recommended Practices
