An opening is available for an Accounting / Office Manager with an associates degree or higher in accounting and who has at least 5 years experience in using Quickbooks. Duties are invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, monthly reconciliation of checking and credit card accounts, and payroll using a payroll service. Other responsibilities include ordering materials, arrange shipping of materials using freight brokers, Fedex, and UPS, obtaining insurance certificates from our subcontractors, taking orders via email and phone, making travel arrangements, and other administrative duties.
Having worked for a construction company is a definite plus!
Must live within a 40 minute drive to Pine Brook/Parsippany, NJ.
Must be fully vaccinated.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
