The Flourish Gynecology Clinic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Nurse specializing in Women's Health. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and comprehensive health assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure accurate diagnoses.
• Perform specialized procedures such as IUD insertions, Nexplanon placements, colposcopies, endometrial biopsies, and management of pessaries, ensuring patients are informed and comfortable throughout.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians to discuss complex cases, delivering optimal patient care through effective consultation.
• Advocate for the diverse needs of patients and families, recognizing the importance of their physiological, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual backgrounds in care planning.
• Enhance the patient care experience by coordinating treatment and follow-up appointments, while maintaining meticulous documentation and communication with the healthcare team.
• Proactively manage patient records and diagnostic orders under established protocols to ensure timely follow-up and quality maintenance.
• Utilize electronic health record systems for tracking patient history, documenting procedures, and facilitating clear communication among staff.
• Employ safety and legal standards throughout patient interactions, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and risk management guidelines.
• Effectively respond to emergency situations while remaining composed and adhering to the clinic's established protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves female patients ranging from adolescent girls to older women in assisted living. We cater to a broad spectrum of health concerns encompassing reproductive health, gynecological issues, menopause management, and preventive care, emphasizing individualized treatment plans that respect each patient’s unique situation and health goals.

Qualifications

• An active and unrestricted Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license for New Jersey, along with current certifications for CDS & DEA.
• A minimum educational background of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, with advanced training in women’s health preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to participate in state healthcare programs, including Medicare and Medicaid.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of one year of direct clinical experience as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, with a strong understanding of current trends and practices in women's health.
• Experience working in a collaborative healthcare environment, particularly in assisted living or outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits

The offered salary range for this position is competitive, from $120,000 to $220,000, depending on your experience and specific qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, we provide an extensive benefits package, which includes:
