Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds, including those with co-occurring medical and psychiatric conditions. These may include patients dealing with autoimmune disorders, chronic pain issues, and substance use disorders. Your expertise and support will be crucial in helping these patients navigate their unique challenges and achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Proven experience in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with complex, co-occurring medical conditions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with patients and collaborating effectively with a team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, reflective of your skills and experience.
