About the Role The Regional Maintenance Director is responsible for managing and coordinating the maintenance activities for our multiple facilities in Richmond, VA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be expected to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, manage budgets, and lead a team of maintenance professionals. Your expertise in mechanical systems, electrical systems, and building maintenance will be essential in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure the optimal functioning of our facilities Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations Supervise and lead a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance and training as needed Develop and manage budgets for maintenance activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency Collaborate with facility administrators to develop and implement capital improvement projects Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulatory requirements and industry standards Requirements 5+ years of experience in Skilled Nursing Facility maintenance management or a related field Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and building maintenance Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines What We Offer Competitive Benefits Package 401K Plan SOFI Wellness Plan PTO Plan Join a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and improving lives.
