Staff Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
- Support month-end close processes and review reports from property accountants
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice entry and bill payments
- Prepare journal entries and analyze financial data
- Cash reporting and forecasting
- Posting work orders
- Process credit card payments
- Assist with property budget preparation and annual audits
- Help maintain system controls and ensure data accuracy
- Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives
- Take on special projects and other accounting duties as needed
Job Requirements
Qualifications:• Experience in accounting with a focus on general ledger and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and follow-through
