Front Desk / Resident Service Representative | Temp-to-Hire | Mon - Fri 8AM - 5PM | $20/hr | Laguna Woods, CA

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking Resident Services Representatives to join a growing Property Management team in Laguna Woods, CA.

• Location : Fully onsite in Laguna Woods, CA
• Job Type : Temp-to-Hire
• Pay Rate : $20/hr
• Schedule : Full Time, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and courteously to high volume resident inquiries, both over the phone and face-to-face.
• Accurately collect and enter details into internal systems.
• Able to clearly convey information, document details, follow up on requests, and accept feedback in a collaborative environment.
• Manage sensitive or challenging conversations with tact and empathy.
• Partner with colleagues across departments to resolve concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred; High School DIploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of relevant Customer Service experience
• We WILL accept applications from recent graduates of a 4-year University!
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
