Senior Product Analyst

Role Description

Your project:

• MonoBoost is an appflame mobile app that helps people find and cancel unwanted subscriptions and keep their personal finances under control.
• It's already available on the App Store and Google Play and has gathered over 100,000 users.
• Payment analytics is one of the product's key areas, and currently has no dedicated analyst.
• You'll be its owner: the full cycle from hypothesis to decisions that directly impact product metrics.
• Payment orchestration is a large context that directly affects payment conversion, rebill rate, unit economics, and the business's ability to scale.
• Here you'll systematically find specific growth points.

You will:

• Run risk-metric analytics (VAMP, claim rate) and support A/B tests from hypothesis to decision, with full statistical analysis and assessment of side effects on ARPPU, rebill rate, and conversion.
• Work across payment orchestration: analyze MID performance, routing, retry strategies, and decline flow, and find points to optimize payment throughput.
• Build and develop payment-metrics reporting and turn analysis into concrete recommendations the team can pick up and implement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product or Data Analyst.
• Confident working with SQL and real experience with large datasets in product tasks.
• Deep understanding of statistics: experiment design, statistical significance, confidence intervals, and small-sample work.
• End-to-end A/B testing experience, from hypothesis to decision, including impact assessment on adjacent metrics.
• Ability to communicate conclusions clearly and with sound reasoning.
• Self-driven with a high level of ownership: able to dive into a new domain and deliver tasks without micromanagement.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• English at an Upper-Intermediate level.

Requirements

• Experience in payments or a subscription business (advantage).
• Basic Python (pandas, numpy) for segmentation and clustering tasks that can't be solved in SQL (advantage).
