Weekend Manufacturing Openings | Full-Time Schedule

In this role, you'll help build and prepare products in a production environment while maintaining quality and efficiency standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and production tasks according to company standards
• Follow detailed work instructions and procedures
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality
• Operate basic hand and power tools as needed
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
• Support team production goals and deadlines

• Manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Additional Requirement: Overtime on Mondays may be required based on business and production demands.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, VA.

The pay range for this position is $24.23 - $25.73/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
