Additional information can be found at Scope A Planning Supervisor is responsible for the general supervision of the planning department. Duties and Responsibilities Schedule and assign work within the Planning department to regulate workflow and meet required department throughput. Handle resource management and utilization for the manufacturing process. Manage the Planning staff through effective selection, training and evaluation of team members. Participate in various employee-related activities for team members, including Time and Attendance, Employee Relations, Training, and Performance Reviews. Develop and mentor personnel by providing coaching and guidance with technical knowledge and career development Resolve and handle requests from other departments (manufacturing, quality, CS) for information and changes Ensuring that business goals, deadlines and performance standards are met Lead customer calls, address questions and concerns, and recommend effective solutions Responsible for department decision-making and for work performed by team members Update/upkeep of procedures and work instructions Be available after hours and weekends - on the phone, via email and sometimes in person Collaborate with other departments as needed Note The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel. Education and Experience Due to ITAR regulations, must hold U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status. 5 years successful supervisory experience within a technical and/or production environment required. 7+ years’ experience preferred. Printed Circuit Board experience required Strong leadership and time management skills; ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment Ability to make decisions fast and under pressure Flexible to work on weekendsRegular attendance is an essential job function of this position

Compensation and Benefits TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered. Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $63,754 - $106,257 Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
