What You’ll Do Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Help with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning Prepare meals and assist with feeding Perform light housekeeping related to patient care Observe and report changes in patient condition Provide companionship and emotional support Communicate with nurses and other members of the clinical team Travel between patient homes throughout San Diego County What We’re Looking For Active HHA OR CNA Certification — REQUIRED Experience in home health, hospice, or caregiving preferred Reliable, compassionate, and dependable Ability to work independently in patient homes Reliable attendance and professional communication This is a field-based home health position , and travel between patient homes is required. You MUST have: A valid driver’s license Your own reliable vehicle Your name listed on the auto insurance policy Transportation is not provided by the company.
